Group travel

Group trips are a specialty — not an afterthought

Families, friend groups, celebrations, clubs, multi-room and multi-cabin trips. When a group has to agree on everything, the planning can eat weeks. I help narrow it down to a plan the whole group can say yes to.

  • Destination & trip type — cruise, resort, tour or something else
  • Dates & timing — realistic windows that work for everyone
  • Budget — options that fit what the group is comfortable spending
  • Must-haves — the non-negotiables, sorted out early
  • Rooms & cruise cabins — categories, locations and occupancy
  • Activities & excursions — enough for every kind of traveler
  • One point of contact — so the organizer isn't answering 40 questions
  • Supplier details — group rules and deadlines checked for the actual trip
